The REC compliance test

Our industry’s professional body in the UK, the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) requires all businesses it represents to take an exam as a prerequisite for membership.  That exam then has to be re-taken every two years to ensure ongoing compliance.  The REC badge is a mark of quality which can be trusted by both clients and candidates.
